1) Matters Arising from Last Meetings Action Points
Funding: £5000 applied for. Jo Seaman is doing a key steps draft.
A meeting was held with Jo Witherden regarding the budget
Teresa to print out quantitive results to the team.
2) It was agreed confidentiality is important. A statement would be
issued on Charmouth Notice Board and web site giving a broad indication of analysis progress so far.
3) An analysis document by Jo Witherden was presented to the group
and each point discussed fully. It was noted that a report had been sent out but some present hadn’t received it. Tasks were allocated as a result of the document (see Appendix 1) and it was noted that Planning Consultant Documents were needed.
4) Ros reported that analysis of the quantitative results was complete and
is displayed on pie charts which will be photocopied by Theresa for
next meeting. Some discussion followed.
5) Qualitative Analysis: It was planned to take 25 surveys each and
analyse them according to common instructions. These would be
topic centred with a precis of longer comments.
6) 9th September Forum. Arrangements were discussed, publicity and
presentation. All noted date.
AOB
Ros suggested all future dates of meetings could be sent out by email to all members of the Steering Group by email, and that confirmation of attendance should be required from members.
Thanks were offered to Ros Cole, Andy Bateman, Eden Thomson, and Jo Seaman, for all their work on the quantitive survey.
