At Goldies Sing&Smile we sing-along to the popular hits of the 50s onwards. Not a choir but a fun social group, you don't have to be able to sing, just love good music. Open to everyon, there's no need to book, just turn up, we recommend a £3 donation to attend.

VE Day Beacon Lighting

To commemorate 80 years since VE Day, a beacon will be lit on 8 May on West Green at the Foreshore. There will be a bugler playing the last post and hopefully a choir singing the specially written hymn.
